No. You have the right to choose where your vehicle gets repaired. We work with all insurance companies and will handle the communication.
How will I know when my repairs are done?
We provide you with an estimated completion date at drop off and will continue to keep you updated during the repair process.
What is a deductible?
A deductible is the amount paid by the consumer before the insurance provider picks up coverage.
Do I need multiple repair estimates?
No. Bring your vehicle to the shop of your choice and ask them to write an estimate. The insurance company may want to write their own estimate, but you will not need to obtain more than one.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No. Stop in or call us any time during normal business hours.
Is there a warranty on repairs done to my vehicle?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on paint. We always use high quality refinish products, but manufacturer errors remain a possibility. If you notice cracking, hazing, chalking, fading or peeling, let us know and we will resolve the issue.
How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
The entire repair process and expected timeline will be explained to you after you are given an estimate. Each vehicle requires a different amount of work, so the timelines vary. We work quickly and efficiently to get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.
Is there a charge for getting an estimate?
No. Estimates are free.
What if damages are found that are not listed on the estimate?
Supplements can be submitted to the insurance company by us to ensure your vehicle is restored to pre-accident condition.
I was in an accident, what is my next step?
Contact the police. Tell your tow truck driver you want your vehicle brought to ARO Coatings. Contact your insurance company to start the claim, and we will handle the rest.
How can I get a rental car?
If you would like a rental car while your vehicle is at our shop, simply let us know. We will handle the rental car process for you.
When is my vehicle considered totaled?
After the estimate is written, we can discuss if your vehicle is totaled. We can talk about your options and help you decide what steps to take next.
How do I care for my vehicle after it is repaired?
All of our repaired vehicles come with a detailed folder on post care. If you are unsure about anything in the folder, give us a call and our team can further explain the steps.
